Originally Quick Silver Flux was an unobtainable Item that you could exchange for a Red Pearl at Berix's page. During those times, three Red Pearls were necessary for building the Ancient Spear. LEGO has since fixed Berix's page so that one Quick Silver Flux is obtainable for a Red Pearl, and the Ancient Spear now requires two Quick Silver Flux to build.
